Man, 34, killed after hitting I-285 median in Clayton County

Police believe a 34-year-old man was killed when he struck a concrete median on I-285 in Clayton County early Monday.

The man was traveling eastbound on I-285 near the Loop Road exit when he hit the median in a silver Toyota Camry around 5:25 a.m., according to Officer J. Moton with Clayton County police. His name was not released early Monday afternoon pending notification of family members.

The crash remains under investigation.
