1 killed in crash in Forsyth County

Angela Hernandez, 28, was killed when her car went off the roadway Thursday morning in Forsyth County, the sheriff's office said.
One person was killed Thursday in a crash in Forsyth County, according to the sheriff’s office.
Angela Hernandez, 28, was traveling north on Dahlonega Highway near Johnson Drive in a 2006 Ford Focus, sheriff’s spokesman Cpl. Doug Rainwater said Friday in a news release.
The Ford Focus ran off the roadway and continued through a yard before coming to a stop at a concrete barrier. Sheriff’s deputies and firefighters responded to the scene about 10:50 a.m.
Hernandez was pronounced dead on the scene. No other vehicles were involved in the crash, which remains under investigation.
