Police are investigating an apartment shooting that left a man dead Friday afternoon in northwest Atlanta.
The incident happened on the 3000 block of Delmar Lane about 4:40 p.m. at the Sierra Ridge Apartments, Atlanta police spokeswoman Stephanie Brown said.
The man, who is reportedly in his early 20s, was found dead inside his car, according to Channel 2 Action News. This is the second shooting on the street this week.
“We’re hoping that we can get someone to come forward and give us some information,” Atlanta police homicide commander Lt. Charles Hampton said.
Police are investigating if the two shooting incidents are related, Channel 2 reported.
No other details were released.
