Gwinnett police have charged a man in connection with the robbery of a 65-year-old Lawrenceville resident at knife point in his home.
Jason Houston, 29, was charged with armed robbery and exploitation of an elder person Tuesday.
Police said Paul James told them that he was attacked on Jan. 6, shortly before midnight, at an apartment complex on Lake Colony Drive.
Police said that according to James, Houston pulled a knife and held it to James’ neck. James said he was made to lay on the floor with his wrists tied behind his back with a cable.
James’ wallet, cash, cell phone, and electric guitar were taken.
He was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
