A DeKalb County man was arrested early Tuesday morning in connection with a child pornography sting.
Selvin Haroldo Ortiz-Luna, 34, was charged with child exploitation.
"Our Internet Crimes Against Children unit had been engaged in a proactive investigation since October," DeKalb County police spokeswoman Mekka Parish said.
Parish said Luna possessed "a significant number of materials, including videos and photos of sexually explicit images of children."
Investigators confiscated Luna's computer to put it through a forensic analysis, police said.
"There's no indication that he had contact with children or had any (children) inside the home," Parish said.
Police would not say how Ortiz-Luna was identified.
Luna is being held at the DeKalb County Jail, authorities said.
