When Peter Lee returned home after running an errand Monday morning, he found his door ajar and two armed robbers in his Cobb County home.

One of the men, Akeem Weeks, held Lee at gunpoint and stole his keys, money, necklaces and an Apple iPad 2, according to arrest warrants obtained by The Atlanta Journal-Constitution.

“He put the gun to my head and pushed me to all the rooms,” Lee told Channel 2 Action News. “I said, ‘don’t kill me, don’t kill me.’”

Weeks, 22, and another person got away in a car driven by 18-year-old Da'Mir Briglevich. Police found the vehicle at Caswyck Trail Apartments, not far from Lee’s Marietta home.

Cobb County police arrested Briglevich on charges of armed robbery and theft by receiving the stolen getaway car. Weeks faces charges of armed robbery, first-degree burglary and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.

Both Briglevich and Weeks are being held at the Cobb County Adult Detention Facility without bail. A third man wanted in connection with the robbery remains at large, police say.
