A 23-year-old Canton man died Sunday when the motorcycle he was operating ran off a Cherokee County road, the Georgia State Patrol said.
Neil Young was eastbound on Ga. 20 just after 5:30 p.m. Sunday when the 2006 Honda he was on left the roadway near Weeks Road, striking a tree and a building, GSP spokesman Gordy Wright said.
Wright said alcohol use was apparently not a contributing factor.
