Tuesday night’s winning Mega Millions numbers were just drawn, and the lucky numbers are 28, 70, 5, 62 and 65 with the MegaBall being 5.

The Mega Millions jackpot has continued to increase, breaking records along the way. If someone wins the $1.6 billion jackpot, it will be the highest jackpot paid out in history, surpassing the $1.586 billion Powerball drawing on Jan. 13, 2016.

Since July 27, it has rolled over 27 times, and its current jackpot dwarfs the previous record of $900 million.

But Mega Millions isn’t the only lottery with a big payout piling up.

After Saturday’s drawing didn’t produce a winner, the Powerball jackpot climbed to $620 million. It’s next drawing is Wednesday night at 11 p.m., right before the Channel 2 Action News Nightbeat.

If you manage to match all six lucky numbers, you get the choice on how to redeem your massive winnings. Either lottery’s winner can choose an annuity, where the jackpot is paid out over a 29-year period, or a lump sum. For the Mega Millions jackpot, the lump sum would be nearly $905 million.
