Boy reported missing, later found safe

A 3-year-old boy reportedly abducted from Oglethorpe County in northeast Georgia was found safe shortly after 3 p.m. Friday.
An Amber Alert had been issued for Anthony Jose Vazquez by authorities, who said the child was abducted by Stephanie Dawn Loving, 29.
Both Anthony and Loving were located, but details about where the two were found was not released.
