BREAKING: Longtime actor Stuart Whitman dead at 92

Longtime Hollywood actor Stuart Whitman is dead at the age of 92.

Whitman’s death was reported by TMZ.

Whitman was a staple of dramas and Westerns. He starred along with John Wayne in the 1961 film, “The Comancheros.”

Whitman died about 2 p.m. Monday at his Montecito, California, home after a long battle with skin cancer.

Whitman had more than 150 credits to his name and received an Oscar nomination for best actor for his work in “The Mark.”
