Four accused bandits who allegedly hit a bank in the Virginia-Highland neighborhood will learn Friday if their $22,000 heist will mean no bail.

FBI agents Tuesday arrested Connie Cristobul Montoya, Joe Francisco Montoya, Ryan Vincent Hill, Xavier Cornelius Shields and Paris Lashay Pagett on federal bank robbery charges. Tekevious Nicole Brandon was also arrested and charged with aiding at least one member of the group, the indictment said.

Brandon was released on bond and another person was in the hospital on an unrelated medical condition, the U.S. Attorney’s Office said. The other four will face federal Magistrate Russell Vineyard at 9 a.m. Friday.

The office did not release the name of the man in the hospital.

The group is accused of robbing a Wells Fargo bank in the Virginia Highland Feb. 27, according to an indictment.
