The second victim of a double homicide in Sandy Springs was identified Monday morning as 23-year-old Byron Caceres of Norcross.

Caceres and Eulalio “Freddie” Mederos-Vega, 27, of Sandy Springs, were found dead about 6:30 p.m. Sunday night inside an apartment in the 200 block of Franklin Road, and both appeared to have been shot, police said.

Investigators had no information on a suspect or motive, Sandy Springs police Sgt. Ron Momon said.
