A 22-year-old man who inked a name on the forearm of a 14-year-old girl at her request has been arrested for committing the tattoo no-no, according to The Augusta Chronicle.

It is against the law in Georgia to tattoo anyone under the age of 18, with rare exceptions for medical purposes, even with the permission of the minor or their guardian, according to The Chronicle.

The tattoo artist, James Andrew Wise, was arrested Thursday. Go to The Chronicle for more information.
