ATL Overnight: Woman shot while sleeping

- A woman was shot and wounded while sleeping in her home, Atlanta police say. A hail of bullets were fired at about 4 a.m. at a house on Adele Avenue, in a neighborhood off Martin Luther King Jr. Drive. Other people were in the home, but the woman, who was hit in her thigh by one bullet, was the only person injured.
- The Atlanta Braves plan to make another major addition Tuesday to the lineup for their new Cobb County stadium. Omni Hotels & Resorts is expected to announce today the construction of a hotel adjacent to the stadium.
- A stretch of Spring Street in downtown Atlanta may be named after billionaire Ted Turner. According to the ordinance proposed by Councilman C.T. Martin, Ted Turner Drive would run from Whitehall Street to West Peachtree Street — near the tycoon's downtown home and chain restaurant, Ted's Montana Grill.
- About three months after an accident hospitalized Bobbi Kristina Brown, her father, Bobby Brown, has filed for guardianship of the 22-year-old's estate. According to the late Whitney Houston's will, her daughter is her sole heir.
- Uber drivers are being ticketed, and often towed, by police at Atlanta's airport. Drivers are offering riders tips on how to help the taxi-alternative sidestep the ban on commercial ride-share pickups at the Atlanta airport.
