The Athens-Clarke County Police Department is seeking the public’s help in identifying a man in connection with two home invasion assaults.

Over the past week, three men have twice broken into homes in Clarke County and assaulted the occupants, police said. The first incident was Wednesday. The second was Friday.

A woman reported she was raped in the Friday incident, police said.

Monday, authorities released a sketch of one suspect and descriptions of all three men.

One suspect was heavy set and wore a black ski mask and red hoodie. Another had a muscular build, bad acne, dreadlocks or braids, and a mustache, small beard or goatee. Both were between 5-foot-8 and 5-foot-9. The third man, police said, was taller than the first two suspects, but no other physical description was given.
