Ten people were arrested early Saturday at an Atlanta nightclub, and some were charged with nude dancing without a permit.
Atlanta police spokesman Officer John Chafee said the arrests were made just before 3 a.m. at Déjà Vu on Joseph E. Boone Boulevard in northwest Atlanta.
Channel 2 Action News said the club’s owner was charged with a liquor license violation and an unidentified disc jockey was held on narcotics charges. The station also said eight strippers were arrested.
Chafee said charges were filed over the alleged sale of marijuana but he did not elaborate. The names of the individuals and the charges they face were not immediately available.
