The 16-day lottery window has now closed for the 2020 AJC Peachtree Road Race.

During the traditional registration period from March 15 to March 31, more than 45,000 participants registered through Atlanta Track Club’s lottery and member portals.

The number of registrations is short of the  typical 60,000, but the demand in the recent challenging weeks displays the passion people have for Atlanta’s July 4th tradition.

The Atlanta Track Club has accepted all registrants who have applied through its traditional lottery period. By the end of the day Thursday, those who registered can expect to receive lottery acceptance emails in their inbox.

Due to this year’s registration size, Atlanta Track Club anticipates offering a second registration period closer to this year’s summer event. During that time, a limited number of additional spots may be filled. The same rules of the Club’s traditional registration process will remain in place: members are guaranteed entry and non-members can enter as part of the lottery.

Atlanta Track Club's most up-to-date COVID-19 statement can be found here. As always, the Club emphasizes a safe operation of the Peachtree will be the primary focus.
