$5 bet wins $10M jackpot at South Point in Las Vegas

A lucky tourist from New Mexico became a multimillionaire after they hit a $10 million Megabucks jackpot early Monday at South Point Casino in Las Vegas.

The tourist won the $10 million on a $5 wager. According to South Point, it’s the largest Megabucks jackpot in Nevada in 2021 so far.

On Sunday, a tourist from Alaska won $2.1 million on a $40 bet in a slot machine at Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas.
