Two unidentified suspects are wanted in Atlanta after a man was robbed at gunpoint during a dating app meet-up, according to police.

Investigators said the robber pointed a gun at the victim and took his car during the March 6 incident, according to a statement.

The victim told police he had met the man on the gay dating app Grindr, the statement said. He said he picked up the suspect in his car and they drove to an area off Hightower Road.

Shortly after they arrived, the suspect pulled out the gun and said: “Give me the car and everything you got.”

The suspect then drove off in the victim’s car, police said. It was later recovered.

An investigation is ongoing. Anyone with information is asked to contact Atlanta police. Tipsters can remain anonymous, and be eligible for rewards of up to $2,000, by contacting Crime Stoppers Atlanta at 404-577-8477, texting information to 274637 or visiting the Crime Stoppers website.

Note: Atlanta police said two images that were released and included in earlier versions of this story were not of the suspects.
