After an extensive search that included proposals from 12 firms, the Sandy Springs Public Facilities Authority has selected Reeves Young, LLC as the Construction Manager at Risk to build a new public safety facility at 620 Morgan Falls Road.

“I’m pleased we were able to select a strong construction partner for our new public safety building,” said Mayor Rusty Paul. “Reeves Young has extensive experience specific to public safety building projects and we are excited to work with them to construct a first-class facility.”

Reeves Young provided examples of projects (including public safety projects) of similar size and scope as the proposed project. They have successfully completed 20 public safety building projects in Georgia, more than 250 construction manager at risk projects, and more than 27 renovation projects.

Proposed elements of the public safety building include a renovation of an existing office building to include police headquarters and courts, along with the addition of a sally port, fleet maintenance building and a police auxiliary building.
