North Fulton Community Charities have recently received confirmation of their strong financial health and commitment to accountability and transparency by two independent charity evaluators.
The organization received a 4-star rating from Charity Navigator, their highest rating.
“North Fulton Community Charity’s exceptional 4-star rating sets it apart from its peers and demonstrates its trustworthiness to the public,” according to Michael Thatcher, President & CEO of Charity Navigator. “Only a quarter of charities rated by Charity Navigator receive the distinction of our 4-star rating. Based on its 4-star rating, people can trust that their donations are going to a financially responsible and ethical charity when they decide to support NFCC.”
In a similar evaluation of the organization’s spending, Candid’s GuideStar awarded North Fulton Community Charities their highest rating for 2021, the Platinum Seal of Transparency. GuideStar is the world’s largest source of information on nonprofit organizations.
“Earning the GuideStar Platinum Seal and the Charity Navigator Four Star Rating demonstrates that we are good stewards of the funds you entrust with us to serve the community,” said Holly York, NFCC Executive Director.
