The Milton City Council recently approved $67,055 for Peek Pavement Marking, LLC. to provide installation of thermoplastic striping and raised pavement markings on various roadways throughout the city.

The project includes proposed striping and raised pavement markers on portions of the following roadways:

• On Freemanville Road from the Providence Road roundabout to the north side of Chicken Creek bridge,

• On Bethany Road from Providence Road to the asphalt seam at Mayfield Road,

• On Thompson Road beginning at Redd Road to the asphalt seam at the new roundabout at Hopewell Road.

New Providence Road, Batesville Road and Cogburn Road were recently restriped, so this project includes adding raised pavement markers on sections of these roadways.

The agreement includes all materials, labor, and equipment to complete the work.
