A half-dozen accountability courts will receive state funding for the 2022 fiscal year thanks to a series of grants. The Henry County Board of Commissioners voted unanimously at its June 14 regular meeting to officially accept the grants.

The funding from the Office of the Governor’s Criminal Justice Coordinating Council amounts to $76,983 for the Veterans Treatment Court; $148,344 for the Adult Felony Drug Court; $126,728 for the Resource Court; $58,818 for the Misdemeanor DUI/Drug Accountability Court; $27,311 for the Juvenile Mental Health Court; and $135,000 for the Functional Family Therapy.
