The early voting schedule has been set for the Nov. 2 election in Henry County, which includes mayoral and/or council seats in the county’s four cities as well as a referendum on a countywide special-purpose local option sales tax specifically for transportation. Polls will be open Oct. 11-15, 18-23 and 25-30 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Elections and Voter Registration main office in McDonough, Merle Manders Conference Center in Stockbridge, Fortson Library in Hampton, and Locust Grove Library.

Voting for county ballots only is available Oct. 25-29 from 9 a.m to 5 p.m. at the J.P. Moseley and Fairview recreation centers. Voters who choose to wait until Nov. 2 will be required to cast their ballots at their respective precincts. Information: henrycounty-ga.com.
