Snellville has challenged Lilburn to a Lip Sync Battle. Residents of each city have until 5 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 19 to submit their videos which will then be compiled into a final video the cities will use to compete in the battle.

On Sept. 2, both cities will post their final battle videos for citizens, visitors and other followers to vote on their favorite with either the laughing or wow reaction emojis. Voting will take place for a week before the ultimate winner will be announced.

Lilburn is challenged to lip sync to the song Happy by Pharell, and Snellville participants will perform to Celebration by Kool & the Gang. Check each city’s social media for guidelines and how to submit submissions.

Norcross was the previous Gwinnett Lip Sync Challenge winner, following the Norcross versus Sugar Hill battle in May. View their final showdown:
