The Peachtree Corners City Council recently tabled a second public hearing on a proposed new mixed-use development at 20 and 22 Technology Parkway South.

If approved, the project will include 382 residential units, 8,291 square feet of office space, and a 560 square foot coffee shop on 10.7 acres.

There are two buildings currently on the site, one will be demolished, the other will remain. The building at 20 Technology Parkway South will be reconfigured for a coffee shop, office space and apartments on the upper two floors. The third level would become parking for a total of three floors of parking, adding 89 spaces to the 246 existing garage spaces.

The public hearing was tabled to allow the developer time to address several concerns brought up by the planning commission. The city council tabled the public hearing and decision until the November council meeting at 7 p.m. Nov. 16 at City Hall, 310 Technology Parkway.
