“The Iron Giant” will be shown for free on outdoor movie night on July 1 at Shamrock Park, 960 Senoia Road, Town of Tyrone.

Food trucks will open and children’s activities will begin at 7:30 p.m. followed by the movie from 8:30-10 p.m.

There also will be face painting and glow sticks.

Rated PG, the 1999 animated movie is hosted by the Tyrone Downtown Development Authority.
