Woodstock presents free fitness series

Woodstock offers AMPED in the Park for the city’s free monthly fitness series.
At 9 a.m. July 16, Strive Fitness will conduct the outdoor workout at the Northside Hospital-Cherokee Amphitheater, 101 Arnold Mill Road, Woodstock.
Cherokee Barbell will lead the class at 9 a.m. Aug. 20.
All workouts are fitness friendly, meaning participants do not have to be “super fit.”
