There's no need to wait for that order of grande nachos or the double-decker supreme taco as Taco Bell has joined the ranks of Pizza Hut and Domino's and is now offering an app for your late-night taco fix, taking their app further than both Burger King and McDonald's.
Taco Bell launched its iPhone and Android apps Tuesday. According to Time, it not only has the order feature, it will also offer exclusive app-only menu items and specials.
In advance of the announcement, Taco Bell wiped the history of its social media accounts.
In addition to ordering, you can customize your burritos, pay ahead and have the app tell the restaurant's employees when you've arrived so they can start getting your meal ready, Huffington Post reported.
Taco Bell isn't the only company going high-tech.
Tuesday, Outback steakhouse announced a new reservation tool that it claims is an industry first, USA Today reported.
Outback will, through either an app or laptop, show real-time waits for seating, and will take the call-ahead seating one step further and reserve a place in line from the comfort of the person's home.
Outback's "Click Thru Seating" will officially launch on Nov. 4.
