It's difficult to imagine the holiday season in Atlanta without performances of these two classics. And there are plenty of places to see them in 2013.

If you are looking for "A Christmas Carol," one of the favorite stagings is the annual show by the Alliance Theater through Dec. 29. Chris Kayser is making his final season playing Scrooge.
