According to WJAR, Jim Small is using his truck as a rolling billboard to try to find someone that could be a match to his wife April.

April is on a transplant list, but if she can find her own donor, she can potentially move forward quicker, WJAR reported.

If you would like to be tested to see if you are a match for April, you can call or text Jim at 401-258-6621 or contact Rhode Island Hospital's Transplant Center.
