Take 14 food trucks, mix them with the sweet sounds of five Atlanta DJs, then toss in a hungry crowd, and you have the recipe for Atlanta’s third annual black-owned food truck park.

SoundBites: Atlanta Food Truck Park 2019 will be hosted by Che Butter Jonez Food Truck and Black Restaurant Week.

Che Butter Jonez is owned by Malik Rhasaan, whose motto is "I cook better than your muva." Entrees include the Che Butter Mafia Sandwich, Who Let Mookie Make the Pasta and All Hood No Meat. The food truck also has vegetarian and vegan options.

Black Restaurant Week, according to its Facebook page, "is an opportunity to highlight Black-Owned Restaurants, Executive Chefs, and Caterers across the nation."

SoundBites: Atlanta Food Truck Park 2019 will be 2-8 p.m. Saturday, September 14, at Atlanta Food Truck Park, 1850 Howell Mill Road NW, Atlanta 30318.

Tickets are $7, plus a $1.84 fee, and can be purchased through Eventbrite.
