Memorial Day Party at the Bar

Are you new to barre? Are you thinking of trying somewhere new? Do you just, umm, like mimosas? The Bar Method's Memorial Day open house has you covered. With two free morning classes,, studio owner Melissa White will lead new students in a workout along with a tour of the facility and a post-burn Memorial Mimosa. Poolside Fit Yoga with Thunderbolt Power Yoga

Meditation & Mindfulness 101

A fit body often begins with a fit mind, and there's no better way to begin than with meditation. Westside Yoga founder Amber Barry will lead this one-hour workshop, suited for beginners as well as those with some experience, in which attendees will be able to explore the concepts of mindfulness and meditation as they relate to yoga and wellbeing. Corepower Yoga and Barre3 are joining forces for a free hour-long workout that combines 30 minutes of barre and 30 minutes of yoga. A great combination of muscle sculpting and energizing activity, this is a crash course for those new to the different approaches to fitness. Fit Boot Camp

The W Atlanta - Buckhead is really showing out this week with its free fitness offerings, rounding things out on Saturday with a one-hour boot camp led by two certified instructors. Bring your own mat and enjoy the free refreshments, including Bai Antiwater, along with giveaways and freebies.
