Quadruplets in Minnesota picked an ideal day to enter the world.

Tony and Allyson Ponto welcomed their "four peas in a Ponto" on the Fourth of July.

The Pontos had scheduled a cesarean section for later this month, KARE reported.

Even with an early arrival, the four baby girls are healthy, the proud parents announced on Facebook.

The four girls have been named Olivia Susan, Anna Louise, Morgan Price and Carolyn Grace.

The Pontos told KARE that they had tried for several years to have a baby and were shocked to discover they were having quadruplets.
