Yoga, live music and more: Best things to do in North Fulton this weekend 

Relax at Roswell’s free Yoga in the Park event or catch a live concert Sunday.

Want to get out of the house and try something new this weekend in Fulton? 

You'll find lots to do and see, with activities to suit a variety of ages and interests.

Here's a short list of events to enjoy this weekend:

Yoga in the Park, 10 a.m.-3 p.m., Sunday, Aug. 12. Free. Heart of Roswell Park, 925 Canton St., Roswell.

Free one-hour yoga classes start at 10 a.m. and will be taught by a local instructor. They're appropriate for all fitness levels, and you'll also receive a ticket for a complimentary mimosa at Osteria Mattone.

Sunday on the River Concert: Electromatics. 6-9:30 p.m., Sunday, Aug. 12. $12 for lawn seats and $16 for table seats. Chattahoochee Nature Center, 9135 Willeo Road, Roswell. 770-992-2055.

Listen to live music under the stars with the Electromatics. They'll be performing blues, jazz and Americana selections. Tickets are available online the day prior to the concert until 5 p.m., or you can buy tickets at the door.

Roswell Free Family Movie Series, movie starts at dark, Saturday, Aug. 11. Free. Riverside Park, 575 Riverside Road, Roswell. 770-594-6158.

Watch the Hugh Jackman movie "The Greatest Showman" under the stars with the family, and let the kids play on the playground before the show. Music is also provided, and you can buy food and drink at the concession stand. Bring a lawn chair or blanket to spread out on.
