Rabbi Thomas P. Liebschutz will present topics to those of the Jewish faith, beginning Oct. 18 with "Jewish Ignorance of the Christian Bible and What We Can Do About It ." Specific passages in the Bible will be examined, but the class will not be reading the Bible in its entirety or individual books. There is no required text or reading for the course, but a brief bibliography will be handed out at the first session and at most of the six sessions.

Cupid will provide a brief "County Government 101" overview, share information about the School Oriented Development initiative and offer a question-and-answer session with young people (up to the age of 35) about the inner workings of Cobb government. Participants are encouraged to wear school spirit gear and offer input on what Cobb can do to be responsive to the needs and concerns of younger generations.
