There are plenty of ways to celebrate the weekend in Atlanta.

From the Atlanta Dogwood Festival to half-priced admission to the High Museum, here are four suggestions for things to do from April 8-10.

1. FEATURED

More than 85,000 people are expected to attend the 80th annual Atlanta Dogwood Festival this weekend, according to the Atlanta Police Department.

The three-day festival will feature more than 260 craft makers in a juried fine arts market and performances from AIA, a Jimmy Buffett tribute band, on April 8. In honor of the festival's 80th anniversary, there will be an "'80s party" on April 9 with music from Members Only and Electric Avenue.

Other festival highlights include the disc dog competitions throughout the three-day festival and the Mimosa 5k, an AJC Peachtree Road Race qualifier, on April 9.
