Things to Do

Swing, shuffle, two-step or tango for National Dance Day

July 25, 2015

Get on your feet, Saturday is National Dance Day.

Started in 2010, National Dance Day is an annual celebration that encourages Americans to add a little movement to their lives to promote health and self-esteem.

To help celebrate the day of dance and movement, the Dizzy Feet Foundation created routines for all skill levels to participate in the joy of dancing.

Who knows, maybe your skills can land you on a future episode of “So You Think You Can Dance.”

The “Everybody Dance” routine is choreographed by “So You Think You Can Dance” alumni and the current “Team Street” leader.

An “Advanced” routine was choreographed by “So You Think You Can Dance” alumni and the current “Team Stage” mentor.

Happy #NationalDanceDay! Can't wait to spend the day dancing with all of you! Looking for ways to celebrate? Check out...
