Dream is Kardashian's first child and Chyna's second. She is also a mom to King Cairo Stevenson, 4, from her previous relationship with rapper Tyga, to whom she was engaged before they broke up in 2014.
Tyga is currently the on-again, off-again boyfriend of Kardashian's younger stepsister Kylie Jenner.
Kardashian's mother, Kris Jenner, and Chyna's mother, Tokyo Toni, were at the hospital to welcome their granddaughter.
Before delivering Dream, the family got together to film a mannequin challenge video. The challenge involves participants standing still in the middle of a moment, like a snapshot or mannequin.
Amber Rose, a close friend of Chyna, sent the couple her congrats on Instagram. And later tweeted a photo of herself holding Dream.
Kardashian shared a photo of Dream on Instagram.
