Her concerts are always a huge spectacle, so the Formation World Tour is sure to be entertaining, especially with this new material.

Lauryn Hill
Known for her work with The Fugees and as a solo artist, Lauryn Hill will play Chastain Park Amphitheatre on May 6.
Lounge in the grass with friends or purchase an assigned seat as Hill revisits old favorites from her catalogs such as “Doo-Wop (That Thing)” and “Everything is Everything,” as well as new material.

Kirk Franklin and Yolanda Adams
Gospel artists Kirk Franklin and Yolanda Adams will perform at the Fox Theatre as a part of the venue's 10th annual Mother's Day celebration show.
Both singers are known for creating a palpable atmosphere of worship at their live shows through popular songs such as “Wanna Be Happy” (Franklin) and “Victory” (Adams).

Shaky Knees Festival
Following Sweetwater 420 Fest, Shaky Knees Festival will bring more live music to downtown Atlanta.
Taking place in Centennial Olympic Park and International Plaza, the lineup for this year’s festivals is a rock or alternative music lover’s dream. From headliners Florence + The Machine and My Morning Jacket, to The 1975 and The Decemberists, attendees will get to indulge in typical festival fun to the tunes of their favorite bands.
An artist who is clearly dedicated to putting on a good show, Florence + The Machine’s frontwoman, Florence Welch, broke her foot while headlining Coachella in 2015, but continued to perform throughout the summer.

Rihanna
Unwind from work and head to Philips Arena to see Rihanna.
The Barbadian entertainer will bring her island-infused brand of pop to Atlanta as a part of her “Anti” tour. If you’re looking for a high-energy show, this is a good one to attend.
Known for songs such as “We Found Love” and “Work,” the rebellious singer has more than enough hits to create a party atmosphere at her shows.

Shaky Beats Festival
Shaky Beats isn’t just a great festival for EDM lovers. From rapper Nas to singer Tory Lanez and pop-leaning electronic band Years & Years and AlunaGeorge, this year’s festival soundtrack has a wide appeal.
Grab your friends, your favorite glow-in-the-dark gear and a beer (or two, or three), before enjoying this three-day festival in Centennial Olympic Park.
Porter Robinson and Chromeo are among the festival’s live performers.

Luke Bryan
Georgia native and country star Luke Bryan will return to his home state for a concert full of his hits.
You might not be able to get a catfish dinner at the singer’s Lakewood Amphitheatre show on May 20, but you’ll probably still have an awesome night.
The singer was recently nominated in two Billboard Music Awards categories, including “top country artist.”
