Harry Potter's universe is getting a little hotter.
Colin Farrell is joining the cast of the next movie based on the best-selling kid's books, Entertainment Weekly is reporting.
Farrell is going to appear in the spin-off "Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them."
He is joining Eddie Redmayne, Katherine Waterston and Ezra Miller.
He will play a wizard in the December 2016 release.
Farrell is appearing in HBO's "True Detective" currently.
