Kim Kardashian had some very exciting news to share with the world during Sunday night's midseason finale of "Keeping Up With the Kardashians."
"I just got the blood test back, and I am pregnant!" said Kim Kardashian on "Keeping Up With the Kardashians."

"What?!" said Khloe Kardashian.
You heard that right — Kim is apparently pregnant with her second child with hubby Kanye West.
And from the looks of it, she couldn't be more thrilled!
Kim teased the pregnancy announcement on Twitter before the episode aired.
And her BFF Jonathan Cheban was quick to congratulate her on the social media site. Sounds pretty official to us!
Now, the finer details about Kim and Kanye's newest bundle of joy are still unclear — the big news was revealed during a supertease following Sunday's episode.
But it's no secret Kim has been eager to add to her growing family despite her difficult first pregnancy with daughter North, who was born in 2013.
