What better way to usher in the Hollywood premiere of "Star Wars: The Force Awakens" but with a star-studded tribute -- a capella.
"The Tonight Show," Jimmy Fallon and The Roots were joined by almost the entire cast of the new "Star Wars" film. The video begins with the popular "Main Title" song with notable cast members including John Boyega, Daisy Ridley, Adam Driver, Oscar Isaac, Gwendoline Christie, Lupita Nyong'o, Carrie Fisher and of course, Harrison Ford.
The clip includes other John Williams songs including the "Imperial March," "Cantina Song" and "Rebel Fanfare."

Fallon took a moment after the segment to acknowledge the time and effort required to create the video. The first "Tonight Show" "Brady Bunch style" a capella was created with guest star Miley Cyrus for her hit "We Can't Stop" in 2013.
In preparation for the latest "Star Wars," Fallon approached John MacDonald, an associate producer, with the idea. With help from the show's editors, he spent months arranging and producing the two-minute segment, including traveling coast-to-coast to coordinate with each actor's singing part.
MacDonald is also the mastermind behind the viral Brian Williams old-school hip-hop jams. Those videos garnered over 30 million views on YouTube.
