Jay-Z is officially a billionaire.

In Forbes' latest cover story, the publication said the artist's many businesses and investments "conservatively total $1 billion, making him one of only a handful of entertainers to become a billionaire — and the first hip-hop artist to do so."

The magazine outlined the 49-year-old’s finances, from his stakes in big companies to his partnerships with global brands.

“We checked our numbers with a roster of outside experts to ensure these estimates were fair and conservative. Turns out, Jay-Z really is a business, man,” Forbes wrote.

In addition to his $220 million in cash and investments, he nets $410 million dollars from his liquor ventures with Armand de Brignac and D’Ussé. Then there’s the $100 million from Tidal, his subscription-based streaming service, and another $75 million from his wide-ranging entertainment company Roc Nation.

Additionally, he has a music catalog worth $75 million, an art collection valued at $70 million and real estate investments that total $50 million.
