On Saturday, Jermaine Dupri's stable of hip-hop and R&B stars will pack the Fox Theatre to celebrate the 20th anniversary of his So So Def record label.

There was a period in the mid-'90s-early-2000s when you couldn't turn on urban or Top 40 radio without stumbling across a So So Def artist -- Jagged Edge, Xscape, Bow Wow, Da Brat, Kriss Kross, Anthony Hamilton, BoneCrusher, Ghost Town DJs. And the list goes on -- not even including Dupri's heralded production work with megastars such as Mariah Carey and longtime love Janet Jackson.

So in honor of Saturday's anniversary show (to buy tickets, visit the Fox website), here's a nostalgic look at some of my favorite songs from So So Def artists. What are some of your memories?
