CNN host Don Lemon was unable to keep a straight face during a panel discussion Thursday night with Symone Sanders and Scott Jennings. In fact, he fell into uncontrollable gales of laughter, needing a handkerchief to dry his watering eyes.

Lemon tried to bring up the topic of former White House aide Omarosa Manigault-Newman, who recently debuted on “Celebrity Big Brother,” but Sanders wasn’t having any part of that discussion.

“Don, it’s Black History Month. We gotta talk about Omarosa?” Sanders asked.

That did it. Lemon broke out into a laughing fit, as Sanders rolled her eyes and continued.

“It’s Black History Month, OK? Carter G. Woodson did not go to the mat to get Negro History Week that eventually turned into Black History Month for us to talk about Omarosa and her apology tour and her attempt to salvage her reputation on a reality television show,” Sanders said. “Not during Black History Month, Don.”

Donald Trump's administration deployed the military to Washington, D.C., in the name of fighting crime, and in an Aug. 11 news conference he mentioned the possibility of military being sent to other large American cities, all of which are led by Black, Democratic mayors. And while Atlanta wasn't included in Trump's list, the city fits that profile under Mayor Andre Dickens. (Photo Illustration: Philip Robibero / AJC | Source: Getty)
