Report: Actress Brittany Murphy dead

TMZ is reporting that actress Brittany Murphy has died after going into cardiac arrest Saturday night in Los Angeles.

The Los Angeles City Fire Department tells TMZ they received a call to a home in Los Angeles that is listed as belonging to Murphy's husband, Simon Monjack.

The 32-year-old actress was taken to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, where she was pronounced dead on arrival, TMZ reports.

Murphy starred in such films as 'Clueless,' '8 Mile' 'Girl, Interrupted' and 'Don't Say a Word,' where she uttered the infamous words 'I'll never tell ....' She also voiced Luanne Platter on 'King of the Hill'.
