The AJC will publish its accessAtlanta fall/winter arts and events guide Sept. 4. The guide will include select categories of events from Sept. 4 through Feb. 28, 2009, including attractions, classical music, concerts, dance, festivals, theater and visual arts.

Event information must be submitted by the sponsoring organization or venue. To ensure accuracy, please use our online form at www.accessAtlanta.com/artsguide.

E-mail photos to artsguide@ajc.com. Photos must be of newspaper publication quality, preferably in JPEG format and at least 200 dpi. Images must have complete information, including names of the people pictured, location photo was taken or title of featured artwork. We also must have a photo credit and a contact telephone number.

The deadline for submissions is 5 p.m. Aug. 1.
