Zep Inc., an Atlanta-based maker of cleaning chemicals, said Thursday it completed its acquisition of some North American assets and brands of Waterbury Cos. The deal, announced earlier this year for a cash price of $66 million, also calls for Zep to assume the liabilities associated with those acquired assets. Waterbury is a provider of air care delivery systems.
