Why Coca-Cola Enterprises' share price dropped

The share price of bottler Coca-Cola Enterprises dropped by $9.79 or about 30 percent in trading Monday. Normally, that would be a cause for alarm, but Wall Street analysts say it was expected. As part of completing a territory swap with Coca-Cola Co. over the weekend, CCE paid out a $10 dividend to its old shareholders. CCE's shares, which had risen dramatically since the deal and dividend was announced in February, fell by roughly the amount of the dividend on Monday.
